A telephone bot with artificial intelligence accepts and makes sales and support calls to complement the work of the support service.
With the help of a phone bot, you can automate most of the repetitive tasks and requests and filter out the most urgent requests for support and customer service, which allows you to focus on higher priority tasks. In our voice bot, there is a banal taxi order, before sales to customers. Creating a voice bot comes down to three basic stages.
- ASR voice recognition;
- Clarifying the meaning of what was said and searching for necessary entities in the text (for example, addresses, amount, full name, etc.);
- Answer generation, conversion of text into TTS speech. We have gone from creating a simple text bot to integration with a telephony system with voice recognition and voicing prepared answers.
